Currently, the automatic tracking of emails does not work for some of our customers. This means that the opening rates are not displayed correctly. Only those emails in which a link has been clicked on are displayed as "opened". In this case the opening rate is the same as the click rate.
We apologize for the circumstances. We are aware of the problem and will solve it as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, there is a simple workaround to reliably activate the tracking of the opening rate. The solution is to manually add the tracking code to the emails:
1. Create a "Code Mode" element by right-clicking on it, dragging it to the end of the email and dropping it there
2. Replace the placeholder text in the Code Mode element with this code
<img src='{tracking_pixel}'>
This should look like this:
3. Done
Please make sure that this workaround is applied to all emails to be sent. This should ensure that the tracking of opening rates works reliably until we have fixed the underlying problem.
