The data flow can be bi-directonal according to the settings:
The fields have to be mapped in the Contact Mapping and Company Mapping tabs. The mapping direction can be also decided here.
It makes sence to create a mapping strategy in advance. I assessed all the fields in both systems, which is attached to this guide.
Contacts from Friendly to Hubspot are pushed by campaigns:
This push is a simple integration action, that is part of the campaign action trigger. No need for separate cron job.
Result:
Based on the contact mapping the contact will be fetched in or refreshed based on previous accurance in Friendly.
Some data cannot be pushed into Hubspot, like active date or points. However these fields can be overwritten in Friendly. Also stages arriving in Friendly as a free text.
