🧑🏻Create new contacts

You can easily create new contacts in Friendly Automate.

To do this, click on "Contacts" on the left side in Friendly Automate and then on "New" in the upper right corner:

Now you can enter all necessary information about the contact. Then click on "Save & Close" in the upper right corner.

Now you see the overview page of the contact. Click on "Details" in the upper left corner to see all the info stored for the contact.

At the bottom of the page you will find the contact history. Here you will see over time, for example, page views, form submissions, segment memberships, points awarded and emails sent.

With this you have created your first contact!
